We visited our friend Joe at his cabin on Gooseberry River. It is a beautiful log cabin with no electricity except a very efficient solar panel. Joe decided he would treat us to a true cup of coffee. You see Joe has ferried aircraft all around Europe and during these journeys he has managed to learn the steps to create a true European cup of coffee. This coffee was much stronger than what you would find in America and takes several steps to make. John was the brave one among us to try this coffee. By the smile on his face, I think he liked it.
