The day has finally arrived that the Norwegian Royal Couple to our city. There was an energetic buzz in the air in anticipation of the Royals. It would only be a brief visit, but it has been many years since Royal dignitaries have visited.

We had made arrangements to present our Coffee Art portrait of the Royal Couple to the Norwegian Royal Press Secretary, Sven Gjeruldsen. When he arrived at the gallery, he admired the works. But when we told him that they were all painted with coffee, he was astonished! He was very gracious of the gift and assured us that he would present the painting to King Harald V and Queen Sonja.

This month, there is an anticipation buzzing around our city. We are preparing for the Norwegian Royal Couple to arrive later this month for a visit. To commemorate this event, we have installed our latest Coffee Art® exhibition at a Norwegian café called 'Takk for Maten' (which means, 'Thanks for the Food).

We have completed our latest works and we will showcase them on this page throughout the month, leading to the arrival of the Royal Couple.
